increases and burns calories faster. The metabolic rate continues to
increase for a while after the exercise, so that even while the body is
resting, calories are being burned.
Consuming good food alone will not help one
to gain a good physique. Diet and exercise go hand-in-hand for
bodybuilding the healthy way. A wholesome nutrition is required to
build muscles. Understand the needs of your body and health and
accordingly take proper nutrition to build strong muscles.
